This sencha won a prize at the Kansai Tea Fair.
We recommend brewing the tea in water at about 50 degrees, with more tea leaves and less water. The beautiful needle-shaped tea leaves give off the indescribable aroma of young leaves, known as myrmecosa, which is characteristic of Sencha. Please enjoy the aroma and flavor.
