Freshly picked Gyokuro tea leaves were stored in a low-temperature refrigerator and then chilled this autumn for final preparation. The stems that are removed during the selection process are called "Kangane" and are loved by tea connoisseurs, as their sweetness further enhances the flavor of the tea.
We have prepared Gyokurogan, a specially selected tea by a tea master.
